Mildred, the Quori possessed Wagon (MIA)

Mildred is a Wagon, which Rognvaldr prizes above all other material things. It houses a Quori soul similar to how Rognvaldr was, until recently, vessel to a Quori. What is so special about this wagon? How can it house a living soul? Whose soul is it vessel to?

Originally transported to the airship with the rest of Rognvaldr's belongings upon his resurrection by the Raven Queen, Mildred ended up being tossed overboard by one of the crew, who found lashing it down too bothersome. The cart landed mere feet from Jack Shepard, who repaired it and presented it to Rognvaldr as a gift upon their meeting.
